George C. Critz, III – (59) brings over 35 years of entrepreneurial leadership, sales development, and corporate growth experience to companies positioned to launch their business model in complex market environments. With strategic focus and seasoned experience in corporate growth, he brings fresh perspectives and synergy in working with tier-1 teams across a broad spectrum, including sales and distribution, marketing, manufacturing, franchise development, nonprofit and NGO’s, community development and renewable energy. George currently holds the position as President of Sun Ovens International, Inc., and is a strong advocate for the Global application of Solar Cookers. He brings a unique approach to entrepreneurial leadership, and is able to cultivate and inspire unity, value and structure through the entire growth process. His true passion is to empower people to recognize and embrace the right opportunities, with the sole purpose of tapping their full potential.

Michael W. Olsson – (60) has the God given ability to analyze projects, both large and small, to diagnose inefficiencies with a systems minded approach that creates the structural integrity necessary to cultivate environments for change. His unique perspective brings curiosity, clarity, compassion, choice, and courage to global projects and facilitates a willingness to see any given situation fully. His technical expertise and eye for detail has propelled him as a master craftsman in his own custom carpentry and handyman business. Michael also brings years of expertise in the food service industry, where he personally owned Deli and Catering businesses. His passion is to spread God’s love and joy wherever he goes, knowing love never fails and always brings healing and change. “There is nothing better in this world than waking up every morning to share your time, talents and love with someone causing hope to rise up in their eyes and in their spirit.”

Dayna S. Critz (54) brings over 20 years of leadership development experience. Her strong leadership skills and training background have propelled her to the top of her profession within the dental industry. She currently serves as the regional manager for a large, multi-location dental practice in Charlotte, NC. Dayna has highly sought after expertise in working with large insurance agencies to coordinate and process patient benefits and has consulted with various dental offices to establish best practices. Her passion to solve problems and serve others with the highest professional standards stands out within the health care industry. Dayna was raised in a Pastors home where she grew to serve the Lord in many ministry capacities, some of which include worship leader and pastoral ministry. She graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1992 with a concentration in global missions, with experience working in Latin America and Africa. Developing those around her is where her heart lies, and watching others grow and succeed has become an effort in passion that brings joy and satisfaction.

Brad Mullins (60) – brings over 42 years of experience in both ministry and business. He is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center and currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Springhill Church in Charlotte, NC. He is an accomplished musician with ministerial experience ranging from adult, children’s and youth ministry, music ministry, administration, audio, and television. In addition to his ministerial credentials, Brad brings business expertise in retail, banking, professional audio, corporate event planning, database management systems (DBMS), and web design.
